Make room for the right questions

Your next gift,
thought through.

Eight things to agree before placing an order. Use this checklist on screen, or print it for your next planning conversation.

01 · Recipients Who will receive the gift? Confirm preferences, practical needs and an option to decline.
02 · Purpose What should the gesture achieve? Consider whether a note or no physical gift is more appropriate.
03 · Budget Set a total delivered budget including branding, packing and applicable charges.
04 · Quantity Confirm the actual recipient count and any justified spare quantity. Check minimum order quantities.
05 · Deadline Work backwards from the delivery date, allowing time for samples and approvals.
06 · Gift-policy restrictions Confirm the recipient organisation’s rules and your own approval requirements.
07 · Branding Agree artwork, spelling, size, colours and placement. Consider whether less branding works better.
08 · Sample approval Record the actual approver, specification and any differences between sample and production.

One last question

Will this gift be wanted and used? A simpler gift, less packaging or no gift may be the better choice.
